Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Organizational Behavior

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior (BSBA-OB)is a 180-credit hour program that is offered online. It consists of 66 general education credits, 86 credit hours devoted to the business administration core, and 28 credit hours in the organizational behavior concentration.

The program includes topics such as motivating employees, building teams, creating change, dealing with diversity and group dynamics, and developing leadership skills. This program is designed for students interested in helping organizations maximize performance through employee development, training, and conflict management.

BSBA-OB Program prepares the student to:
