Coding Dojo - Program Change Policy

This policy is applicable to students who started a program at Coding Dojo after January 1st, 2025.  If you started a Coding Dojo program prior to 1/1/25, please visit: https://coloradotech.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2024/catalog/general-information-on-coding-dojo-certificate-programs/

Program changes are processed once per session. The process is finalized after final grades have been posted and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) has been run. Students on probation status may not request to change their program. Students who are delinquent on payments may not request a program change which adds a stack to their program. Program change requests must be submitted by the start date of the student’s second to last session of their current program. For questions on your academic status, please contact Student Advising. Students requesting a program change may be subject to completing a new Enrollment Agreement and new disclosure form.

Please be aware that approval of a program change may impact:

  • Finances
  • Graduation Date
  • Admissions Requirements

Students desiring to remove a stack will be subject to the limitations of the refund policy.

Students who fail to meet the requirements of the program change will remain in their current program/stack.
