Bachelor of Science in Management - (2+2 Program-- AS to BS)
Working professionals are increasingly called upon to perform key management functions, whether in a small business setting (as proprietor, partner, or supervisor) or within a large company that provides a variety of supervisory or management positions to its technical staff. The Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) program is designed to build upon this foundation by providing management skills and knowledge, at the upper division level, to help the student face the challenges of today’s leadership environment and to be prepared for management promotion opportunities.
Outcomes:
- Define and compare the basic functional areas of management and the critical skills necessary to solve business problems.
- Categorize and differentiate the appropriate concepts and principles of finance, accounting, and statistics to make effective decisions.
- Analyze and contrast the impact a global and electronic marketplace has on management practices, human resources, and strategic decision making.
- Investigate the legal and global environments in which businesses operate.

Total degree program = 120 SH of which no more than 60 are required to be taken through CTU. Actual CCAF transfer credit may differ from those shown in this generic degree plan depending on the number of general education courses taken to complete the CCAF AAS degree, or AAS degree credit hours that are awarded for "core" or "specialization" course requirements. Any adjustment will honor the 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) credit guarantee of the CCAF program. Students must complete the CCAF degree requirements with a minimum 2.00 GPA.

General Education Requirements: The CTU BSCJ degree contains a total of 61.5 Quarter Hours (41 Semester Hours) of General Education requirements, of which 31.5 Quarter Hours (21 Semester Hours) are transferred from the CCAF AS degree. The 6 Semester Hours of Leadership, Management & Military Studies credit required for the CCAF AAS degree is included as it meets General Education requirements for CTU.
