Sexual Harassment Sexual Misconduct
CTU is committed to providing students with an environment free from sexual harassment and other forms of misconduct as defined under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Students are encouraged to review their rights under the Sexual Misconduct & Sexual Harassment Policy which prohibits all forms of sexual harassment including; quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
University community members who wish to report suspected violations of this policy can do so by contacting CTU’s Title IX Coordinator, Jaimie Aister, at JAister@coloradotech.edu or contacting the Title IX Inbox appropriate to their campus. There is also a confidential reporting resource should that be requested.
