OB435 Organizational Psychology and Employee Wellness

This course examines the critical intersection of organizational dynamics and employee well-being in contemporary workplaces. Students will have the opportunity to explore how organizational structures, cultures, and leadership practices directly impact worker well-being. Emphasis is placed on recognizing common organizational barriers to employee well-being and how to evaluate the effectiveness of various intervention strategies by utilizing stress measurement tools and wellness assessment techniques.
