OB410 Applications of Organizational Behavior

This course emphasizes practical applications of organizational behavior (OB) theories, particularly in group dynamics, change management, and conflict resolution. This course explores the fundamental principles and practices of OB, emphasizing research-driven approaches to organizational effectiveness. Through analysis of contemporary research, the course examines how individuals, groups, and organizational structures interact to create effective organizations and how those actions improve the organization’s performance. Students will have the opportunity to review the ethical considerations in organizational behavior while learning to analyze and optimize organizational structures.
