OB415 Organizational Behavior: Managing Change

This course examines organizational change through the lens of organizational behavior. Students will have the opportunity to develop skills to assess change strategies, analyze the impacts of change on performance and behavior, and communicate effectively. The course will examine how to integrate ethical principles into change initiatives and how organizational transformations intersect with broader social and cultural systems. It will discuss strategies to engage people across team, group, and organizational levels. Students will explore how training initiatives, learning communities, effective communication, and leadership styles can influence change adoption across organizational settings.
