OB425 Developing Talent in Organizations

This course offers an in-depth examination of how organizations cultivate and retain talent to meet strategic objectives. Students will analyze the impact of training programs on employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Through the study of performance management systems, students will evaluate the link between performance evaluations and workforce development at individual and organizational levels. Emphasis is placed on applying concepts of talent development within broader frameworks of organizational culture, strategic planning, and leadership. Students will have the opportunity to examine the types of tools used to design and support sustainable, high-performing teams in dynamic workplace environments.
