Master of Science in Management - Organizational Leadership and Change Concentration

Effective April 3, 2018, this program is no longer available for future enrollments at the Colorado Springs Campus.

The Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Change (MSM-OLC) is a 48-credit-hour program offered online and at the Aurora campus. The program includes 28 credit hours devoted to the management core and 20 credit hours for the organizational leadership and change concentration.

In this degree program, students have the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in organizational leadership theory, research, strategy, and methodology. The program emphasizes self-awareness as manager/leader in small groups, complex organizations, and organizational change in multicultural contexts. While this program is strongly grounded in organizational, strategic, and change management theory, the curriculum is focused on practical, growth-oriented activities to promote educational relevance and applicability in today’s challenging business and institutional environments. The degree program is designed for those who wish to broaden and expand on their experience in organizational leadership and change management.

 

This program does not lead to additional licensure or certification.  As such, CTU has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.
