MGMT677 Foundation of Organizational Design
In this course, students study various organizational design principles and when each might lead the organization and its leaders to their desired goals. Other concepts/models in the course include integration, environmental complexity and dynamism, and decision-making rights. The course covers employee commitment, cultural competence, job design as well as teamwork and coordination. As part of the course, an action plan for an organizational design is developed that can positively impact an organization’s productivity.
