PJM670 Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Project Management Methods
As project management has transitioned into a central focus of all business practices, the approach to managing projects has also evolved. This course explores various project management methods including waterfall, agile, and other hybrid methods. The course also examines the principles, approaches, and practices that guide each method. Students will have the opportunity to learn of different project management approaches within an organizational setting.
