PJM650 Strategic Project and Risk Management in a Dynamic Environment
This course focuses on the relationship between project risks and the organizational risks at the strategic level. The alignment of project objectives and embedding risk management in the overall strategy of the organization will be addressed. The management of the project scope from a risk and strategy perspective throughout the project life cycle will also be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to apply project and program risk management and strategic decision-making processes to project situations.
