PJM640 Managerial Decision- Making in a Project Management Environment

The course is designed to provide an understanding of achieving organizational strategic objectives through effective project selection and management. Students will examine the process of decision-making by organizational managers pertaining to key decisions, prioritization, and alignment with their overall strategic objectives. The course also explores the role of the Project Management Office (PMO) and how the decisions made by this office impact organizational project planning, cost, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
