PJM620 Project Scheduling and Control

This course provides students with an opportunity to apply different approaches to project scheduling and control. Students explore how to balance scope, time, and cost by utilizing tools and techniques. Specific project management tools covered include Gantt chart, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Milestone Charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), Critical Path (CP), Earned Value Management (EVM), Burn down charts, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
