MPM460 Human Resources within Project Management

This course builds on the foundations of HR management and project management and covers the project resource management processes in the PMBOK^® Guide. Within these areas, emphasis is given to project resource management, management and behavioral theories, communication, motivation, stress and conflict management, negotiation, and leadership and politics in a project-management environment.
