MPM 480 The Evolution of Project Management
As project management has transitioned into a central focus of all business practices, the approach to managing projects has also evolved. This course takes students through the traditional perspective of managing projects by the known Waterfall methodology to the more recent adaptive methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Through this course, students should be equipped to function in project management roles using both the traditional and adaptive methodologies.
