MPM436 Project Cost and Scheduling
Students are exposed to approaches, methods, tools, and systems to ensure project success under demanding scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Students will use methods, tools, and techniques for monitoring and controlling a project to include earned value management, schedule compression techniques, and contingency funding methods. Conflict of resources and risk management initiatives are also included, along with GANTT, PERT, and CPM scheduling methods.
