MILT140 Introduction to Military Leadership
This introductory course is designed for students who are interested in exploring leadership from the military perspective. Students will explore the fundamentals of leadership, ethics, personal development, decision-making and leading. Team tactics in problem solving and mission accomplishment will also be covered. Students will benefit from the leadership self-assessments and new leadership strategies.
