PSYC412 Positive Psychology for Leadership

This course explores Positive Psychology as it relates to leadership. Drawing on the Pygmalion Effect, students will examine how leaders' positive expectations can enhance performance and learning. This course also explores the key cultural aspects that affect leadership application in various organizational settings. Students will be asked to consider how these positive psychology principles apply to their own personal leadership and servant leadership practices.
