PSYC410 Psychology of Leadership

This course focuses on the concepts and theories of leadership as applied to real world application. Students will examine leadership theories, styles, and practical applications across various personal and professional scenarios. The course will dive into the interplay between group dynamics and leadership. It will also discuss ethical decision making as it relates to leadership. Students will have the opportunity to apply knowledge of leadership principles to a variety of personal and professional situations in order to develop an understanding of their own leadership preference.
