Coding Dojo Refund Policy

This policy is applicable to students who started a program at Coding Dojo after January 1^st, 2025. If you started a Coding Dojo program prior to 1/1/25, please visit: https://coloradotech.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2024/catalog/general-information-on-coding-dojo-certificate-programs/

Students who withdraw from Coding Dojo are eligible for a prorated tuition refund if they have completed 50% or less of the initial program length. The date from which refunds will be determined is the last date of attendance.

Refunds are based on the amount of tuition charges due for the program at the time of withdrawal, not the amount the student has actually paid. Retake fees are non-refundable.

There is no refund for students who withdraw from Coding Dojo after attending more than 50% of the program.
