Coding Dojo - New Online Undergraduate Student

New Online Undergraduate Student

This policy is applicable to students who started a program at Coding Dojo after January 1st, 2025.  If you started a Coding Dojo program prior to 1/1/25, please visit: https://coloradotech.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2024/catalog/general-information-on-coding-dojo-certificate-programs/

A new undergraduate student, defined as one entering Coding Dojo or an affiliate institution for the first time with less than 24 online college credits that is enrolled a fully online program, may elect to withdraw from Coding Dojo at any time during the first 21 days of the program without incurring any tuition or fees by withdrawal from Coding Dojo in accordance with the requirements set forth in the catalog. Students intending to withdraw from Coding Dojo must submit written notice to their student Success Coach or an e‐mail to OfficeofStudentAdvising@coloradotech.edu. A student’s written notification serves as an official withdrawal and will be processed in a timely manner.  An eligible student is considered conditionally enrolled during this 21-day period.
