Refund Calculation (Physical Campus Students)
Students attending multiple courses at the same time will have the overall University LDA applied to each course regardless of individual class LDA. Refunds are calculated in accordance to the schedule published below.
10 week courses

If
the student’s last date of attendance is during the first week of the course,
100% of tuition and course related fees will be refunded.

the student’s last date of attendance is during the second week of the course,
75% of tuition will be refunded.

the student’s last date of attendance is during or after the third week of the
course, no refund will be given.
5 week courses
(First and Second Session)

If
the student’s last date of attendance is during the first week of the course,
100% of tuition and course related fees will be refunded.

the student’s last date of attendance is during or after the second week of the
course, no refund will be given
