PSYC310 Organizational Psychology

Organizational Psychology is a foundational course in the field of Organizational Behavior. This course provides perspectives and tools for understanding behavior in organizations. It explores the resources managers and leaders might use to improve, enhance, or change work behaviors. Topics to be addressed include structure and foundations of organization, stages of organization development, culture, power, leadership, decision‐making, and communication. The impact of change on an organization will also be explored as well as the strategies leaders use to manage change.
