PSYC370 Applied Research in Organizational Psychology
The modern workplace is constantly evolving and transforming. Professionals working in the field of organizational behavior are often called upon to help organizations create effective plans and strategies to support these evolutions. It is important that professionals in the field know the right questions to ask to ensure the needs of the organization are addressed. Drawing on the available research and resources related to organizational needs allows for the creation of a reliable and valid plan to address the issues that arise while also taking into consideration ethical standards for psychological research. The goal of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to practice the process of developing a research question, investigating a topic and effectively developing and communicating a plan of action to address organizational needs.
