HIST103 The American Experience: The American Dream and American Realities

Throughout modern American history, Americans and immigrants alike have striven to live the American Dream. A person’s ability to live the American Dream is dictated by the economic, social, and geographic history of the United States. This course examines the ways in which federal policies, economics, race, gender, and geography have shaped the American lived experience since the end of World War II.
