HCM612 Managing the Healthcare Organization
This course focuses on health care leadership and management practices. Students will examine the current structure, operation, and regulation of the U.S. health care system, and discuss the factors influencing the future direction of healthcare in the United States. Students will apply essential management concepts and professional competencies and behaviors to the unique social, physical and emotional environments of healthcare organizations.
