ENGL115 Composition II: Writing, Research, and You
Research is everywhere. In Composition II: Writing, Research, and You (ENGL 115), we will explore the important role that research-supported arguments have in our personal, professional, and academic lives. We will examine how to distinguish between credible and non-credible information sources, including websites, videos, articles, and social media posts. Finally, we will write our own credible, research-supported arguments and adjust them to work for a variety of audiences and settings. As part of this process, we will begin to use APA style to format work and cite sources. We will also explore writing and research-related tools and resources designed to help you succeed in your CTU coursework and beyond.
