Administrative (Automatic) Withdrawals
Students attending CTU’s Virtual Campus please refer to the Online University Withdrawal section of this catalog for information regarding Administrative Withdrawals. Attendance for students taking courses at the physical campuses will be reviewed at the end of each week to determine whether a student is officially attending.
- All students who do not participate within the first two weeks of a course at a physical campus will be administratively withdrawn from the University.
- Degree-seeking students in 11 week course(s) only: students who have not posted attendance for three consecutive weeks will be administratively withdrawn from the University.
- Degree-seeking students in 5.5 week course(s) only: students who are not posted as present for 15 consecutive calendar days will be administratively withdrawn from the University.
- Degree-seeking students in 11 and 5.5 week courses in the same term who have not posted attendance for three consecutive weeks will be administratively withdrawn from the University.
As a non-degree seeking student, the university will not automatically withdraw a student after participating during the first 15 days of the course. Non-degree seeking students intending to course withdraw or withdraw from the university should contact their Student Success Coach.
