PJM420 Managing Project Human Resources
This course builds on the foundations of HR management, general management, and project management. It explores the processes used to identify, acquire, and manage project resources. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to establish the culture and environment necessary for a project team to function effectively. A special emphasis is given to building high performance teams, management and behavioral theories, effective communication, motivational strategies, managing stress and conflict resolution, principled negotiations, and effective leadership
