PJM410 The Evolution of Project Management
As the business world has rapidly evolved and changed, the ways in which projects are managed have also evolved. This course explores various project management foundational knowledge and methodologies, including the PMBOK® Guide, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Scrum, and Kanban. Students will examine the principles, practices, tools, and applications guiding each approach and how to effectively adapt them to different environments.
