Organizations change to improve and meet the needs of consumers and employees. This course is designed to provide a foundation for managers, organization development (OD) consultants, and human resource (HR) professionals to manage organizational development and change from an informed, ethical, and culturally competent perspective. This foundation includes change management principles, the benefits, and the challenges of organizational change.
