HRMT650 Current Legal Issues in Human Resource Management
The legal environment is constantly evolving and changing for human resources (HR). This course analyzes current legal issues impacting the design and development of HR policy and the impact of these laws on the organization's bottom line. There will be an emphasis on affirmative action, labor downsizing, health care coordinated services, international aspects, negotiation, grievance processes, and diversity.
