TMAN874 Process Optimization and Decision Making in IT
This course will focus on decisions IT Managers are constantly faced with in the day to day work environment and pressure to constantly optimize for efficiency, productivity, and adaptability. These decisions are met with a constant culture of changing priorities and demands on responsiveness in an increased competitive business environment. Students will address how IT leaders can optimize performance while facing challenges of reduced workloads, unstable economic conditions, dynamic business environment, and a culture of urgency.
