PM670 Special Topics in Project Management
As project management has transitioned into a central focus of all business practices, the approach to managing projects has also evolved. This course will investigate emerging PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban. Through this course, students will study the application of these different methods and learn how a blended model could best serve organizations and support project success.
