PM650 Strategic Project & Risk Management in Dynamic Environments

This course focuses on the relationship between project risks and the organizational risks at the strategic level. The alignment of project objectives and embedding risk management in the overall strategy of the organization will be addressed. The management of the project scope from a risk and strategy perspective throughout the project life cycle will also be discussed. Students will apply project and program risk management and strategic decision-making processes to project situations by integrating various methods to plan for, identify, analyze, respond to, and monitor and control risks within project and program management.
