PJM210 Project Management Tools

This course emphasizes a step-by-step, hands-on approach to teach students the use of project scheduling software tools such as Microsoft Project®, ProjectLibre™, and Smartsheet® to help effectively plan, design, and manage a project schedule from start to finish. Students will have the opportunity to build a complete project schedule from a given or chosen scenario, and manage project resources, plan cost management, estimate costs, and determine the project budget. This course will examine the appropriate use of tools, like Rally®, Jira™, and ServiceNow®.
