PJM200 Fundamentals of Project Management

This course is designed to provide students with an overview and introduction to the foundational discipline of project management. It examines project management from the perspective of the PMBOK® Guide, Process Groups: A Practice Guide, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and other emerging project management methodologies. Students will explore various project management principles, skills, tools, techniques, and concepts associated with these different methods and guides.
