NPL876 Special Topics in Non Profit Leadership
This course focuses on the management and leadership challenges and opportunities in nonprofit organizations. Effective nonprofit administration will require leaders that are solution focused and capable of sustaining the strengths of the organization. The course will provide students with theories and experiential exercises that address the philosophy that is critical to analyzing and forecasting future trends in nonprofit organizations.
