CSC201 Certified Supervisor II

Students continue the Certified Supervisor (CS) Certification course and apply best practices for delivering first rate customer service, defining leadership, communicating effectively with employees and motivating those employees to work. The supervisory role also requires that all supervisors and managers know something about the financial side of the organization to make sound business decisions. As such, students have the opportunity to develop a better understanding of accounting and key financial statements. Additional topics include monitoring and improving results and managing a diverse workforce.
