This course examines current principles and techniques employed in managing inventories as an integral part of a company’s supply chain. The student will learn the right mix of materials, ensuring what materials are needed, and when they are needed. This course covers streamlining supply channels by purchasing the right material from the right suppliers, lessening supply chain disruptions.
