PM640 Applied Managerial Decision-Making in a Project Management Environment
This course examines how organizational managers and leaders make key decisions about projects, programs, portfolio selection, prioritization, and project alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. Planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, and control of multi-project programs will also be discussed. The course is designed to provide an understanding of achieving organizational strategic objectives through effective program and portfolio management.
