MPM357 Project Performance and Quality Assurance
Students will explore quality assurance concepts and principles within the total project quality management framework. Students will also study benchmarking, the contractual aspects of quality, quality tools and techniques that utilize statistical process control, continuous process improvement, yield management, quality issues of incoming material control and quality audits. The processes necessary for incorporating the organization’s quality policy regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product quality requirements in order to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations is explored.
