MPM332 Organizational Leadership

Students explore techniques for effective leadership in a project environment including effective negotiation, communication, motivation, and conflict resolution. The course focuses on helping students build the skills necessary to lead a project team throughout the project life cycle. Students examine how to lead others, stimulate purposeful innovation, build effective culture, and manage change.
