MPM 480 The Evolution of Project Management
As project management has transitioned into a central focus of all business practices, the approach to managing projects has also evolved. This course takes students through the more traditional perspective of project management known as Waterfall, to the more recent approaches like Agile. Through this course, students should be equipped to function in project management roles using both the traditional and emerging strategies.
