MPM436 Project Cost and Scheduling

This course exposes students to approaches, methods, and systems to ensure project success under demanding scope, cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Students will use techniques for monitoring and controlling a project to include earned value management, schedule compression, and contingency funding. Conflict of resources and risk management initiatives are included, along with GANTT, PERT, and CPM scheduling methods.
