PM220 Project Management Tools
This course emphasizes a step-by-step hands-on approach by using automated project tools such as Microsoft Office Project to help effectively execute the project. Students will have the opportunity to build a schedule, define activities (Work Packages), manage resources, plan cost management, estimate costs, and determine the budget. During the course, students will examine the fit and appropriate use of various other tools, like Rally, GERA, and Service Now; with an introduction of methods use in agile environment.
