HSS310 Economics of Healthcare

This course is designed to provide an introduction to the economics of healthcare. The economic principles and market conditions impacting the healthcare industry will be discussed. Students are introduced to the various forces influencing the economics of healthcare including but not limited to competition, supply and demand, and the role of healthcare providers, consumers and payers.
