GOVT201 American Government and Public Affairs

This course provides the student with an overview of the framework and basic functions of the various branches of government, the role of politics in democracy, and the relationship of government with the rights and duties of citizenship. Students will also evaluate the similarities and differences between national, state, and local governments.
