MILT220 Conflict Resolution and Peacemaking

This course will survey appropriate measures in resolving conflict in the military environment. Emphasis will be given to identifying best practices in exploring methods to address real and perceived conflict. Topics to be covered include: conflict resolution, peacemaking, effective communication, active listening, mediation, military conflict, resolution tools, influence tactics, and ethics.
